Chartered in 1911 as a mixed local, Ironworkers Local 103 proudly represents 700 men and women engaged in the ironworking industry in the Southern Indiana, Western Kentucky and South Eastern Illinois. Local 103’s Website is intended to provide current information of interest and facilitate communication with members, contractors and other stakeholders, community and elected leaders, and the general public.

A Legacy of Excellence, Camaraderie and Service
Ironworkers Local 103 has served the tri-state area for over 100 years. Our members include apprentices, who complete a four-year intensive training program, experienced journeymen, and retirees who continue to contribute to the success of our organization through their involvement.
Ironworkers learn and spend their careers practicing and perfecting numerous job skills in often challenging, high-risk locations. Local 103 prides itself in safety and quality in all facets of our trade, including:
